First off get the aptana studio for windows. Aptana is a tool that you can use to build web pages etc. Get it here 130mb http://aptana.com/studio/download. Now get the tutorial that teaches you the basics from here http://www.forum.nokia.com/Technology_Topics/Web_Technologies/Web_Runtime/QuickStart.xhtml. On aptana's start page select plugins/addons then select nokia wrt. After selecting this select install and aptana will install the plugins and restart. After restarting go to file then new project and select widget then rss widget, the rest is straight forward and nokia's tutorial will help. You may need the fp2 emulator or s60v5 emulator (i recommend v5) if you dont have an n97 or a fp2 device to try your widget from, download these from forum nokia. *
